For the convenience of our customers we have started to accept blanket order. It is a flexible way to order from the wide range of reagents offered, in a given period of time.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped the day after they are received and sent by Federal Express, unless requested otherwise. Shipping and handling charges are added to the invoice. Within the metro Boston area, shipments can be made via our recommended carriers or by scheduled direct deliveries through Boston BioProducts three days a week. For hazardous material, special packaging is required and the additional cost of handling will be added to the invoice.

Return Policy:
Please call before returning any products for refund, credit, or replacement. All claims for noticeable or hidden damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. Any returns made should be prepaid. Please return the products, in the same conditioned as they were received, for a full refund.

Our warranty covers the replacement of defective products only. All products are developed and designed for research and/or in vitro use only.
