Seamless material flow and control

All our products are manufactured in-house at our ISO-certified 115,000+ ft2 commercial and manufacturing facility in Milford, MA.

Our facility is built to support one continuous, circular process flow. This means each material moves through our facility in a logical, trackable manner - from entering our facility, to being processed, used, filtered, tested, packaged, and sent out the door.

Quality assurance is built into our floor plan. We use physical barriers, in addition to documentation barriers, to prevent materials from moving forward before they are ready for the next step. This means only materials that should be shipped leave the building.

Validated state-of-the-art equipment

Quality equipment is critical to producing consistent, high-quality products. That’s why we’ve obtained validation documentation for every piece of equipment.

Validation documentation include:

  • Installation Qualification (IQ)
  • Operational Qualification (OQ)
  • Performance Qualification (PQ)

Driving efficiency with single-use equipment

Throughout our workflow, we incorporate single-use equipment where possible. This includes mixing bags and liners, filters, tubing, QC-related consumables, and more.

What this means for us: a focus solely on buffer preparation with no lengthy cleaning procedures.

What this means for you: A reliable, efficient supplier with less risk for contamination between runs.

It’s not just our buffers that shine. Our floors do too.

When we show off our facility, clients can’t help but notice the floors shine. This isn’t just for looks—it is a strategic investment in infrastructure. Our Dur-A-Flex floors are durable and minimize contamination. We’ve also invested in physical barriers and transparent glass throughout the facility—all to support our team’s proactive quality culture.

"Boston BioProducts is a key supplier for our company. They fill orders in a timely manner and always come through, even on short-notice requests. The entire staff at Boston BioProducts is extremely helpful and friendly. Our company is constantly engaged in R&D project work, which typically generates the need for new formulations and, sometimes, expert guidance. On several occasions, members of the staff – even the owner – have met with our team to provide appropriate formulation guidance, which was instrumental in project success. Responsive customer service, quick product turnaround and expert availability are all part of the value gained from working with Boston BioProducts. We are appreciative of the terrific service."

"Our facility makes large scale preparations of gene therapy vectors. Due to space and budgetary constraints, we need vendors who are nimble and can deliver large quantities of high quality custom made products on short notice. BBP has worked closely with our team of scientists in order to provide us with a wide range of custom buffers made on a tight schedule to specifications as exactly as we need. They provide extensive documentation on every parameter requested, and deliver quite literally with a smile. Their customer service is as excellent as their product and their pricing is competitive. We have really been delighted with Boston Bioproducts."

"Finch and BBP have been working together since introduced in 2021, and all interactions have been incredibly positive, right from the start. There is a real interest from their side to understand what it is you need so that they can provide the most effective and optimal solution for your process. Rarely do you get that level of personalization and innovation from a vendor. When you work with BBP, you are not just working with another vendor, you are collaborating with a partner."
