After secondary antibody incubation, wash the membrane with PBS or TBS four times. 2. Mix equal amount of Luminol solution and Oxidizing solution just before use. 3. Incubate the membrane in this solution for one minute under constant agitation. 4. Expose the X-ray films for different periods of time.
