Product Description
The Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) is an isotonic solution frequently used in biological research due to its non-toxic nature. Tris maintains a stable pH range typically between 7.4 to 8.0 while NaCl regulates osmotic balance via its elected concentration. This TBS Solution is formulated at a 10X concentration, and commonly used as washing buffer in western blotting.
