Product Description
The 20X MOPS-SDS Running Buffer is generally used for resolving/separating medium to large-sized proteins on Bis-Tris gels under denaturing conditions in SDS-PAGE. When reconstituted from the 20X concentrate, this buffer maintains a stable pH of approximately 7.7. Use of MOPS-SDS Running Buffer allows proteins to run slower which might prove ideal for high-resolution of proteins on SDS-PAGE.
