Product Description
Sodium Chloride, also referred to as saline, is a solution consisting of dissolved sodium chloride salt in varying sodium (Na+) and Chloride (Cl-) concentrations. This solution creates isotonic environments that mimic saline concentrations within living organisms. Sodium chloride is commonly used to increase the ionic strength in buffer solutions for molecular biology applications, cell culture and biochemical assays. This product is formulated at 0.9% concentration.
