Product Description
Tris-Glycine Native Running Buffer is most commonly used for protein gel electrophoresis under native running conditions on Tris-Glycine gels or Tris-Acetate gels. It is provided as 10X concentrate, and upon dilution to 1X this buffer maintains a pH at around 8.3. The Tris-Glycine Native Running buffer system helps in maintaining native protein conformation, subunit interactions, and biological activity.
