Product Description
The 4X Stripping buffer (strong) contains about 8% SDS, and is considered strong due to its ability to break antibody-antigen interactions and promote the removal of primary and secondary antibodies from Western blot membranes. This solution enables reprobing Western blot membranes several times with different antibodies, preventing the need for running multiple gels and transfers.
