Product Description
The 4X Stripping Buffer (Mild) containing 200 mM Glycine, is used for breaking antibody-antigen interactions, resulting in removal of primary and secondary antibodies from their target proteins on probed Western blot membranes. The use of this buffer minimizes protein denaturation, preserves epitope integrity, and is suitable for re-probing, saving time without the need for running multiple gels and performing transfers.
