Product Description
The Separating (Resolving) Buffer is a critical component in SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE), a laboratory technique that is used to separate protein molecules based on molecular weight. This buffer maintains the pH of the separating or resolving gel at 8.8, which is a higher pH level than that of the stacking gel.
